This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through 156Bullion LTD.

Due to the nature of precious metals and constantly changing market prices, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable Orders

All orders placed for bullion products, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, are considered final once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

Because precious metal prices fluctuate continuously and orders are often hedged immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer cancellations or amendments after confirmation.

This applies to:

* Gold bullion
* Silver bullion
* Platinum products
* Palladium products
* Limited edition and collectible bullion items

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.

Delivery Problems

If your order arrives:

* Damaged
* Incomplete
* Incorrect
* Tampered with

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

* Photographs of the packaging and contents
* Order details
* Supporting evidence for investigation purposes

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

* Replacement items
* Partial refund
* Store credit
* Claim investigation with the courier

Returns Policy

Due to the investment nature of bullion products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

* The wrong item was supplied
* The item is faulty or damaged
* A verified fulfilment error has occurred

Where a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:

* Items must remain unopened and in original packaging
* Proof of purchase must be provided
* Returns must be sent within 5 business days of approval
* Products must be securely packaged and insured during return transit

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is authorised by 156Bullion LTD:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout
* Processing times are typically between 5–10 business days
* Refunds will be issued in GBP (£) only

Please note that banking providers may require additional processing time after the refund has been issued on our side.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for:

* Market price fluctuations after purchase
* Change of mind
* Speculative or investment losses
* Customer ordering errors
* Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events outside our control

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

* Courier disruptions
* Customs inspections
* Severe weather
* Industrial action
* Incorrect customer address details

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues wherever possible.
