Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through 156Bullion LTD and our Shopify-based online store.

Because bullion and precious metals are traded using live market pricing, all purchases are subject to the conditions outlined below.


Bullion Orders & Cancellations

Final Sales Policy

All confirmed orders for physical bullion products are considered final once payment has been successfully received.

This includes:

* Gold bullion
* Silver bullion
* Platinum bullion
* Palladium bullion
* Limited edition investment products

Due to fluctuating precious metal markets and immediate trade hedging, we are unable to cancel or refund confirmed orders.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives:

* Damaged
* Incorrect
* Incomplete
* Opened or tampered with

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

To help us investigate efficiently, we may request:

* Photographs of the packaging
* Images of the products received
* Your order number and delivery details

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a suitable resolution which may include:

* Replacement products
* Partial refund
* Store credit
* Courier claim investigation


Returns

As bullion products are investment-grade items linked to live market values, returns are generally not accepted unless:

* A product has arrived damaged
* An incorrect item was sent
* A verified fulfilment error has occurred

Where a return is approved by 156Bullion LTD, the following conditions apply:

* Items must remain unopened and unused
* Original packaging must be intact
* Proof of purchase is required
* Returns must be dispatched within 5 business days of approval
* Customers are responsible for secure and insured return shipping unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Approved Refunds

Where a refund has been authorised:

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
* Processing time is usually between 5–10 business days
* All refunds are processed in GBP (£)

Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

* Precious metal market fluctuations
* Change of mind purchases
* Speculative or investment losses
* Customer ordering mistakes
* Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs authorities


Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by:

* Courier delays
* Customs inspections
* Weather disruption
* Industrial action
* Incorrect address information provided by the customer

We will always assist customers where possible in resolving shipping issues.
