Killerrand Design
The obverse features a zombified springbok antelope leaping across the South African landscape.
Despite its speed and agility, the springbok has succumbed to the fictional zombie virus. Its deteriorating body is shown with missing flesh and exposed areas around its hindquarters, spine and tail.
The inscriptions include “Killerrand”, the futuristic date “2027”, “Fynsilwer 1 oz Fine Silver” and the fictional value of 75 Zombucks.
Currency of the Apocalypse
The reverse features the signature Zombucks emblem, centred around a biohazard symbol and surrounded by floating virus-like spores.
The inscriptions “Zombucks”, “Currency of the Apocalypse” and “1 oz .999 Fine Silver” confirm the round’s series, weight and purity.
Zombucks World Series
The Zombucks World collection transforms internationally recognised bullion designs into chilling depictions of a world overtaken by a zombie outbreak.
Killerrand is the fifth design in the series and draws inspiration from South Africa’s internationally recognised Krugerrand, replacing the healthy springbok with an undead survivor of the apocalypse.
